2.Passport copy

3.Completed JW202 Form

4.Terminal School Certificate/Graduation Card/Diploma

5.HSK-4 Certificate

6.Transcripts

7.Portrait photo (3.5x4.5 cm)

II. Application Procedures

The applicants need to:

1. Fill out Xuchang University Application Form for Overseas Students.

2. Send an e-mail to XCU with attached documents including Xuchang University Application Form for Overseas Students, Passport copy,  Terminal School Certificate, Transcripts and head shot.

3. XCU, if accepted, will issue Admission Letter and Visa Application For Study in China (Form JW202).

4. With Admission Letter and Visa Application For Study in China (Form JW202), the applicants can apply to Chinese Consulate for student visa type X.

5 For the short term study programs (such as Summer/Winter Holidays Chinese Language Program) there is no need to apply for student visa. Obtaining travel visa (type L) is enough.

6 The applicants should register in XCU within the stipulated time in Admission Letter.
